Production management: fundamentals

PMF101 Production Management Fundamentals
Duration: 1 day

Overview
Making programs has never been simple and of course the amount of work you do will depend on budget and timescale. While many of us know our own area of expertise, what about the bigger picture… the joined up process. How do you decide the pathway that is best for you?

This one day discussion seminar examines everything from the idea, to delivery and thinks about the implications of the choices made at each stage. In the digital world, these decisions have become even more important as the choices of hardware, recording format, data rate, codec and wrapper become ever more diverse, while the technical requirements of the broadcasters become stricter.
